Relaxation Massage is designed to encourage the muscles to relax, relieve tension and stress. It can be firm touch or light depending on what you’d prefer.

Therapeutic Massage is designed to help address certain issues you may be having. For instance; shoulder pain,  neck or back pain, etc. This massage from me may be described as Deep Tissue, Neuromuscular, Sports, Trigger Point or Myofascial. It can be firm or deep in touch.
