About The Practitioner

Shaye Wingo is a licensed massage therapist for the state of Alabama #4253 and is a graduate from The Birmingham School of Massage. She has trained in Swedish, Deep Tissue, Neuromuscular (NMT) therapy, Medical Massage, Myofascial, Sports and Repetitive Use Injury Therapy (RUIT). 

She was also a massage therapist for The 2019 Birmingham Iron AAF Football league.

 She loves animals and helping people feel their best.
